In the tech world it's important to remain flexible and continue to improve your product. You see this example from many different companies. In my past the one that did it best was a company called Drift.
From 2016 to 2020, if you'd asked me about my favorite brand, there is no doubt in my mind I would've named Drift. This wasn't just about their products. I loved Drift's approach to growing the company.
One lesson that stood out was the power of product launches. Drift did a product launch every month. This was different from what I'd seen many other companies do. It inspired me as I decided to build iziGift.
Watching Drift's product evolution gave me hope. Each new feature or improvement announced demonstrated a commitment to bettering their offering. Experiencing this showed me how important continuous improvement was to creating happy customers.
That’s why I recently created a change log for iziGift. I can't promise monthly launches like Drift but I'm committed to always evolving iziGift. Last week we introduced the Gift Card Balance page. This week we made updates to the Settings page. Next week, there will likely be something else.
We don't need to be perfect, we understand that but we do strive for perfection. Perfection is impossible but "The Pursuit of Perfect" might as well be our middle name. We will show that through iziGift’s ongoing development.
