Announcing: Enhanced Customization

Here at iziGift we are all about listening to our customers.

Our customer support line is how our roadmap is developed.

Today, we are announcing something that came from MANY customer conversations.

As a global brand. We have customers that speak many different languages. As a primarily English speaking team this as our users grew this presented more and more challenges.

One in particular was the ability to customize the "Send as a Gift" button that we announces last month and also the email that was sent to merchants customers.

That challenge is no more!

As of today, customers are now able to change the copy for all parts of iziGift.

If you want your "Send as a Gift" button to read "Als Geschenk versenden" or any other wording, you can now do that very easily through the admin interface.

There are two places you can do this. Number One is the Recipient Email. To change this:

  1. Go to the "Email Templates" Page.
  2. Click the "Recipient Email" Tab.
  3. Make your edits.
  4. Click "Save Template".

Below is a picture of the page you should be on.

The other new page is the edit the "Send as Gift" button. To edit this, you simply:

  1. Go to the "Settings" page.
  2. Stay on the "Customize" tab.
  3. Edit each of the buttons as you see fit.
  4. Press "Save Settings" at the bottom of the page.
